The Wellness Lifestyle Programme

The Wellness Lifestyle Programme consists of the following over the 10 weeks:



  • An introduction seminar/workshop. This workshop will alter your view of wellness and you will have the opportunity to register for the programme.
  • A weekly Wellness Lifestyle Coaching session/workshop that educates, empowers, and enables you, and shifts your views and beliefs in - state of mind and purpose; physical activity and exercise; nutrition and eating habits; and healthy spine and nervous system.
  • A physical training and exercise session in which you will work with a personal trainer to motivate and inspire you, and design a programme specifically for you.
  • A plan and pathway to support you to manage a wellness lifestyle and keep you fit and healthy in the future.
  • An ongoing structure (monthly workshop) upon completion of the programme to support you maintaining what you got, and continue to improve your health.

Your Health

You will be safely guided through this programme.

At the start, your doctor will be requested to carry out all your basic assessments; height, weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), cholesterol, sugar, kidney functions, blood count, prostate (PSA) test, and other key measurements. You will also have a basic fitness and strength test with our personal trainer(s).

5 weeks into the programme, you will repeat the fitness and strength tests to track your progress.

At 10 weeks, you will see your doctor once more and have all the tests repeated to see the results from your participation.

You will be amazed at your improved health and how great you feel! Your quality of life will be transformed.

Health Professionals

Your personal medical doctor will be consulted with throughout the programme as needed, to ensure that your general health is always being monitored by a medical professional.

Wellness Lifestyle Coaching

You will be empowered, educated and enabled by an expert persoanl coach in how to change your habits, behaviours and patterns of thought that are limiting your ability to be healthy, fit and well. These coaches are masterful in being able to work with you to alter the paradigm you see your health and fitness from, such that you naturally find yourself taking positive and powerful actions to improve your health. Your Wellness Lifestyle Coach will be your champion and inspiration throught the programme, ensuring you are not only motivated and inspired to improve your health, but that the changes you make are lasting and YOU are the one empowered, educated and enabled to keep living a lifestyle of wellness.

Personal Training

A core focus of The Wellness Lifestyle Programme  is to motivate and empower you to be active and move sufficiently to improve your health. You will have a personal trainer working with you each week to guide you in becoming more active and fit. Your trainier will work very carefully with you to improve your stamina, reduce weight, and increase your strength and fitness. You will be advised on the correct eating habits, and you will be motivated by health professionals.
