"I have recently completed the Wellness Lifestyle Programme offered by Drew Knowles over 10 weeks. Prior to participating in the programme, my lifestyle was anything but healthy. I used to be quite active, fit and healthy going back 15 years or so, but as time moved on I had stopped exercising and my diet had gradually got worse and worse, ending up eating takeaways for lunch at work 3-4 times a week. As a result I had also put on weight and was generally not feeling good about myself. As a result of my participation in the programme, Drew explained to me the stress that my current lifestyle was putting on my body and the likely outcome if this was to continue. Most importantly, he showed me how to move from my previous way of being to a new healthier lifestyle by giving me practical advice and help in terms of an exercise and physical movement programme, diet improvements (including a heap of easy recipes). I decided to implement those changes. Like anything it was not easy at first, but the exercise got easier and easier as my fitness improved. I work in a small company with 6 staff and rather than everyone getting takeaways for lunch we now share duties purchasing ingredients and preparing a healthy lunch. I am pleased to say that it is now several months after the completion of the programme and I am maintaining a much healthier lifestyle, losing weight and feeling great. People who I haven't seen in a while have commented how good I look. If you are looking to make changes in your life to improve your lifestyle and wellness, I would strongly recommend considering this programme as it has had significant benefit for me."
