Drew has 15 years experience in the field of coaching people in how to live lifestyles that promote wellness – in body and mind.
Drew was a successful personal trainer for 6 years in New Zealand, London and Melbourne. From his experience of working with people all over the world, he learnt to be able to get to the underlying habits, behaviours and patterns of thought that were contributing to them not living a healthy lifestyle, giving him access to delivering more powerful and lasting changes to his clients lives.
This discovery of what has people shift their paradigm of thought and create new habits and behaviours that have them living a wellness lifestyle, coupled with his passion for making a difference to people’s lives, led Drew to move into the field of coaching, training and development.
Over the last 10 years Drew has worked with a large leading-edge global training and development company, facilitating and delivering courses and programs to over 10,000 people. These courses and programs were designed to coach and empower people in all areas of their lives, both personally and professionally. He was the manager of the New Zealand operations and was responsible for the delivery of all the courses and programs throughout New Zealand.
Throughout this time Drew has also completed a Bachelor Of Applied Science in Human Movement; delivered personal and corporate wellness programs; and coached many clients in how to live a ‘Wellness Lifestyle’.
Drew is now focusing his coaching on wellness and stress management, to empower and enable people to live lifestyles that promote wellness, health and fitness.
He is an expert at being able to see what you cannot see, and open your eyes to discover new things about yourself that creates the pathway to your wellness now, and for the future.
